Your going to hear a lot od repetitive stuff on line about Fibromyalgia. well you know what? read it anyway. until it gets into the heads of those non believers. I am sick and tiered of being sick and tiered. tiring to explain that just because I don't look sick doesn't mean I'm not sick.
I was stopped the other day in a parking lot by this older man and he said do you realize your parked in a handy capped parking space. I replied, yes I do. whats the problem?
He intern replied, well you don't look sick that you need to use that type of parking. I replied well I may not look it but you do. you have a problem, he asked whats my problem, I replied you can't mind your own business. what do you mean he asked. just because you use a can, your disability isn't the use of the cane, it's your attitude toward people that don't. My disability is not visible to the eye. but I feel it every day, and will for the rest of my life. he went off yelling at me that I was misusing the parking.
I really wish people would look deeper at people or just mind their own business, or educate themselves on what a disability really is. it's not being sick, it's stupid people that make comments about other people. that's a real disability. Judging other people.
